About the teacher

Hola, I am Carlos! 👋
from Spain, based in Warsaw, Poland,
and speaking English with a strong Spanish accent.

And the most important thing,
I am the guy who will make you speak in public.

Why am I so sure?
Because I am a real example,
it is possible to go from being paralyzed, to speak with confidence in front of a big audience.

I could tell you my CV, job experience and so on…but that would not be so important to you.

What would be important for you is that,
I have already successfully trained more than 90 people,
and you could be the next one.

If you think about big banking corporations
(City, JP Morgan, Standard Chartered…),
I have trained some of their people in public speaking.

If you think about big FMCG companies
( Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Mondelez, Wella …)
I have trained some of their people too.

No matter what you do,
whether marketing, finance, sales, supply chain…
or simply you want to pick up your other half,
learning how to speak in public with confidence
is THE SKILL to have.

stays in Vegas.

The same for this course.
What happens in the course,
stays in the course.

Every time you talk,
you will receive constructive feedback.

This is a course for adults.

I will tell you what you do good,
so you keep doing it.

so you can improve it.

I will tell you.

If you are moving too rigid,
I will tell you.

The best part of it?
You will not only get feedback from me as your instructor,
but you will be getting feedback from the other colleagues joining the course.

This is what the students think about this course.

Toastmasters Poland

And what is Toastmasters?
Toastmasters is a nonprofit educational organization that builds confidence and teaches public speaking skills through a worldwide network of sessions.

How does it normally work?
Depending on the club you are joining,
normally there is a weekly session that it led by a master of ceremony.

For each session, there is a fixed agenda,
including an intro,
two speeches prepared,
a game,
and a feedback part.

What is the seatback of Toastmasters?
There is little time for you to practice.
Meaning you will see many other people speaking,
but you will not be speaking for more than 5 minutes.

If you are rather taking slowly the process of learning public speaking,
Toastmasters can be a good option.

On the other side,
if you want to make a progress in your public speaking, this is for you.
